Axel is No. 8 in Organization XIII — otherwise known as the Organization, XIII Order, the Order, etc. He is called the "Flurry of Dancing Flames", and with good reason, for his element is none other than fire. He uses two deadly chakrams, also known as wind and fire wheels, to fight his opponents. He first appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, then returns in Kingdom Hearts II as the only survivor of the six Organization members that were introduced in the preceding title.
